At the end of January we decided it was time for a new skylight. Released at a company called Timlux. Quotation asked and it was great, made an appointment for placing what a service there, delivered and placed at short notice. All in all, we are very satisfied with the window and how the handling went, correct just very friendly and helpful. So I can recommend this company if you have a job for these people. The response and handling deserves praise. Erik

A skylight placed with us, great service done. After that, problems with drifting snow, they could come and have a look the following day and immediately checked everything despite it not being on the skylight. Very satisfied

Bought a roller screen for the skylight last March. This one worked fine at first, but since I am very good at buying the Monday morning model, there was something wrong with the roll-up system. After opening and closing it several times on the right side it went limp. We tried to solve the problem by telephone, but that was not possible. I was allowed to send it which was fully reimbursed and I will soon receive my new roller screen. I am really happy that it worked out (despite the somewhat late shipment on my part due to corona). Thanks for your cooperation.

Timlux not only communicates quickly and clearly, but also keeps its promises. Where others use delivery times of weeks, Timlux installed a roof window the same week. Customer-friendly communication, a good product, network and a competitive price rightly earn five stars!
