Very bad experience with this webshop, so I want to warn everyone not to make any purchases there! November 23 decided to order over 150 euros of clothing in different sizes for the holidays. After having fitted a few things, I decided to return some things. After a week and a half no reply about my return, so I decided to send most wanted an email. That is the only way to make contact with them. No customer service, no phone number, nothing at all! You are completely powerless at such a moment because you can only wait for their email that lasts for days! Only a week later a reaction that they had not received my package. Very immediately, I thought. After emailing up and down a couple of times and describing my package what it looked like, I receive another email a week later that my package had arrived that day. Did it take three weeks, yes? In addition, I was informed that my package was too late and I did not get the money returned. Probably the package has been in a corner somewhere all the time and was overlooked, but how this webshop deals with its customers is outrageous. My track and trace code at the time simply indicated that the package was delivered. Mailed a few more times, but the inaccessibility is extreme, so after the money I can whistle.
