Pet Shop Salty is my favorite pet store in Amsterdam. It has so many good things for dogs, cats, birds and other pets. It's easy to just pop in here, get what you need and be on your way. No need to wonder around all types of pet supplies you don't need. The owners here are very knowledgeable and also friendly. I enjoy chatting and catching up with them every time I shop there. They also have cute kitties and puppies for sale at certain times (call ahead). But what my two dogs love the most is their lekker dog treats. A HUGE selection with such great prices. They also provide dog grooming and other services. Located right by the Kinkerstraat and a quick walk from Vondelpark. You won't find another pets store in the city with so many things to spoil your babies with.

Left my hamster when leaving for holiday for 2 weeks. She had the best care there. She even got her cage cleaned. We got her back in great condition and very happy. Awesome place with amazing people!
