Total lack of communication. We hired them for a 50K project to rebuild our balconies. Communication was always late, then all of a sudden things had to be arranged that specific day after receiving a mail?! Then nobody showed up. Continuous stream of promises to "get it done that week" or "we are building the segments in our shop". Then yet again, nothing happens. There is then no communication, no apologies, no solutions. Just a general sense of: "yeah, yeah, we're doin out best". Rediculous. This project would take 2 months and now after 7!!! months we are still in the middel of a ruin. Totally unacceptable!

Unreliable and lousy communication this club. Project would take 2 months, the scaffolding has been against our rear for 7 months. Several subcontractors who are poorly supervised. We are concerned about the quality.
