Beautiful modern styled hotel in Amsterdam. nice and cozy rooms, not too small. Our room had a beautiful view to the river side. Cute gym and a spa is available for guests. Breakfast was great and had a verity of choice. The hotel bar was also cute but the dinner menu was not what I’d expected. The big downside to this hotel is the location, for me it was too far from the center and needed to uber my way back and forth every time I wanted to go out. Would recommend To take this on consideration when booking a short visit.

+ Modern, clean Hotel with a view. + friendly Stuff + Bus Stop in front of hotel - breakfast is everyday the same - Junior Suit is not very high standard. Not so spacious and more likely compared to less star hotel rooms = all in all, was good for the first stay in Amsterdam but not really worth the money! ~ 1000€ / 3 nights

We stayed at the hotel for over two weeks in July of 2019. The hotel has a very modern design, with an amazing looking tropical garden in its center. The establishment is focused on being eco-friendly. The hotel is located outside the city center of Amsterdam and I recommend to use a taxi to get to the city center, as the walk to a bus/tram station is 20-25 minutes. The staff is super nice and polite. The rooms are modern, clean, but very small compared to rooms in the US. Also make note that the shower/bath tub is very close to the bed in the room and there is no door between the bathroom and the bed area. Overall we had a great experience here, but I would not return in the summer as the A/C system of the hotel could not handle the high summer temperatures and our room was constantly very not (over 75 degrees Fahrenheit). Pros: Very clean rooms and modern design Staff was very polite and courteous The food at the breakfast restaurant was very good The rooftop bar is very cool, has great views of Amsterdam Cons: Our room got very, very hot, and the AC system could not handle the outside summer temperatures The humidity in the room was so high that the floor was covered in water

Not recommend. Completely not helpful and rude phone policy. I tried booking one of their rooms + package with wellness/tropics and the person on the phone behaved like he was giving me a huge favor answering 3 questions, adding that I can find everything on the website. My main goal was to use the wellness and we ended the conversation when he said that first I have to book accommodation and then hope that there are still spots for spa, not possible to check now. Awesome, I will keep looking for something else.

Had an amazing stay at Jacarta. Came only for one night and wished we could stay longer. Every detail is very well thought of. The staff was helpful and friendly, food delicious, pool relaxing, views stunning, beds heavenly comfy. Worth every penny. Can definitely recommend!
