If I could give zero stars, I would have done that. I had some items in my hands and wanted to have the set that hung outside on the mannequin. (I finally went into the store) I asked the girl behind the counter where they were hanging since I did not see them. They told me that they were sold out and I asked if she could get them from outside of the mannequin. "only if I'm sure you buy it." was her reaction. At first I thought she was joking, but she was serious about blood. I said that if I fit it, I would definitely take it with me. But no, she really had to be 100% sure of the sale because otherwise she would do all that for nothing. Of course I said that I was not going to buy anything without being able to fit so it really stopped. She did not do anything, since she was already very good at that. Do nothing. She also said that Tuesday was only allowed off (was Sunday at that time) as that was part of the new collection and so the advertisement for that week .... Why do you leave something outside that you can not sell? Then do you still hang things that you still have? I gave it up, hung back what I wanted to fit and left. As shop staff you will only have to spend 2 minutes "trouble" for a customer. I advise the owner of the store to hire more friendly staff who also have a little motivation to help customers and to make the store look neat. Because that was not the case.
