Called ahead to book pictures for a passport. Simple and easy. Arrived at the time, they were organised, polite and kept to Covid guidelines. Very professional with taking the photos. In and out in 15 minutes. And they have a shop full of cool gifts and items.

Great service and advise provided overall. We had two frames done here - and for both the advise was spot on: the right type, colour and material for the frame, as well as the glass (of gallery quality) and the hanging systems. One of the frames was quite a challenge due to its large size, but also that one was handled professionally and the final result is stunning! Very proud of both frames hanging in my house now. Thank you once again Photo Factory! When I have another framing project, I will come to you again!

The photo service is overpriced, slow and archaic. The place is outdated, and the products sold there are more expensive than elsewhere (film rolls go for +/- 11€ when other places sell for +/- 8€). Digital low resolution copies are not good quality when compared to low resolution copies from other places, and same with the prices. Would recommend going to another place, as you’ll get your photos back better quality, faster and for almost half the price.

Top! The quality of work -- 5 stars. Remote communication - 5 stars. Creativity and professionalism - 5 starts. The entire work was done remotely, and from the introduction phone call, throughout all the emails, up to the final packing and delivery. I would come again and work with them no doubt. They are my go to place now.

Excellent photo shop with high quality prints and amazing service. Great shop for passport photos and all photography related items and gift ideas such as photo frames, albums, calendars, mugs and much more. The owners are very kind, nice and professional. Very good DPD pickup parcelshop. I highly recommend it.
