I brought my old Citizen automatic watch to Akkermans. I thought I'd go to the convenience store. The watch works perfectly, only the button cell battery is worn out, so it does not charge anymore.
They had to call for a quote, and I was called back the next day.

I thought that was really disproportionate, but indicated that I had not expected that and wanted to postpone this release for a while.
Then I had to pay € 15, - for the "quotation". really? For 1 phone call to their watchmaker for a standard repair? hell yes.
Then I called the jeweler in town: "No problem, sir!" That is € 12.50 in total, "Come by, we will do it for you right away"!
Top service and beautiful self-designed jewelry with precious stones. Recommended!

Today bought a beautiful watch from Seiko at jeweler Akkermans! Very friendly and professional advice, really well helped. It is also interesting that you can have new jewelry made to measure with your old gold. Recommended if you want something special!
