He is always friendly with a smile, that’s a plus. But the quality is also good, steaming and doing alterations on clothes. He also is very affordable and sometimes doesn’t charge even for something small. So I am overall very happy with Payas Kleermaker! Thank you for your service !:)

Worst tailor I’ve ever seen. We gave him to make the trousers from a suit shorter and to make a jacket a bit more fit. There is a small stripe which always comes with a suit for shortening a trousers. He made the trousers without it, which is wrong. Jacket was totally spoiled. He made everything not straight and spoiled a very expensive suit. Now we not only have to find another tailor and pay twice, we also need to hope that another tailor will be able to save the suit. Never bring anything to this place. Totally unskilled and unprofessional. And refused to correct his mistake.

The couple who runs this place truly know their craft. I brought around 10 pieces of clothing here, all skillfully repaired and tailored to my needs, always for a reasonable price, and no overcharging or unnecessary replacements.

No customer service, which is tolerable if the price was right but it’s unfortunately quite expensive. Does not listen to the customer and delivers the product unreasonably late. Asked for buttons to be replaced and were not, even after pointing them out in person. No empathy or care that services aren’t delivered. Clothes come out fine, but that’s about it. Won’t be coming back.

I had to fix my pants at another place after I got them back from Payas, one trouser sleeve was shorter then the other and later they blamed it on me. Not professional. The new tailor showed me the 2cm difference and fixed this default.
