A lot to improve on this delivery service . It is very difficult to get a meaningful answer or help, virtually no contact. I tried to relocate a delivery even though their shop relay is closed, it does not recognise the delivery number for Belgium, it took ten days to arrive (and get not delivered) to Netherlands.I sent emails , all replied with automated standard messages. Finally, the only thing that worked was Facebook. But then, just to deliver to the new place in the same town takes 1 more week.

Horrible, avoid at all cost! Claim they have delivered the parcel, whilst in fact neither me (the recipient), nor any of my neighbours received anything. Unwilling to investigate. When asked them about the complaint procedure they have stopped responding altogether.

There aren’t many post points nearby So I drove to the gasstation with a Spar supermarket. And the guy said I can not accept package after 18:00, because of Mondial Relay instructions. It’s really a shame that this postal is soo difficult to ship with.

Worst service ever, can not change the pick up point, when i have to according to them. No way to contact them, only getting ignored so far
