Already pass one week i dont receive important letter from Holland to Portugal. About two weeks before the same story from Portugal to Holland i wait more than 15 days to the lettet arrive to destination, and i have to make one reclamation if not the letter still was in Jumbo Amesterdam.

I have been waiting for 2 packages to be delivered since 2 days. I ordered 2 packages from 2 different websites. Both websites mentioned that the package was going to be delivered 2 days ago at the exact same time but Post.nl delayed the delivery for 2 days. Today, I have received one of the packages that I ordered at 21:47 and although the delivery guys had the second package with them, they mentioned on the website that I was not home and now I have the information on the website that the second package will be delivered tomorrow. Not to mention that when the delivery guy came, he ordered me to come downstairs and pick my item up from their van. If you can't do something right, then don't do it. I have worked with many delivery companies, I would not spend a penny to use services of post.nl ever again. Slacking service, slacking employees, customer service not there when customers actually need them. No actual compaint handling on their website. Just awful experience overall.

I now have bad experience at post.nl it seems that you have to pay clearance costs when it arrives in the Netherlands and it does not have to be with DHL and I do not understand that and the number has been changed at post.nl
