I do not recommend doing business with this company. Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with Mr. Noort van Mooyman Heating and Plumbing. With the maintenance that is minimal every year with hardly any extra service, I indicated that the water pressure dropped quickly. No action was taken then. After telephone contact I asked if he could come and check this as the water pressure continued to fall. He was only 2.5 weeks later and advised me to top up the water and did not ask further. After a week I called and emailed him for further advice and no response. I then had to visit another company and at that time there was already a considerable leak due to topping up. The engineer immediately noticed that something was wrong by tapping the expansion vessel. Mr. Noort himself could have noticed this on the day of the interview. But he is never busy for more than fifteen minutes every year and hardly provides any additional service for questions. I called and emailed him to say that his advice was disastrous and I suffered a lot of water damage. I never received a response from him again and I therefore canceled the maintenance contract with Mooijman in writing because of their negligence and their non-service-oriented attitude and vulnerable position with apparently only 1 fitter.
