I asked this man nicely if he could be quieter before 8:00 because he makes a noise about 35 decibels at 7:30 in the morning. He was very unnecessarily disrespectful to me and continues with the sound. I had no problem with early work if someone let me know a day before, but unfortunately that is not the case. If he can be a little friendlier then maybe we can find a solution together but he walked away from me in the middle of the conversation 🤷🏼‍♀️
