Best service garage ever!

Ruud is a qualified mechanic with an understanding of business and a good price-quality ratio. He maintains my American Ram 1500 and even a 4x4 rear axle is no problem for Ruud. Thanks Ruud for the good service

I was always very satisfied with this garage, until last week. My car would be made for around 600 euros, the heater would be made and the window mechanism. When picking up my car, my heater was not made and the window mechanism still does not work properly. I also had to pay 700 euros for this and if I wanted to make it I had to pay another 600 euros and I would have lost my car for 3 days. My stove is now making a non-stop noise, but no air is coming out. My window does not open completely. And I found another part of my car in the back seat. After a visit to the Renault dealer I was told that the prices are correct MITS it would have been made. I would also have lost my car for 1 day at the Renault dealer. I just stopped by to ask if we could solve this nicely because I had been coming here for years, but this was not answered. I have now been advised to go to the legal store for further processing. Furthermore, the amounts that I received on the bill do not match the amounts that have been settled. It also says that it is a budget rather than a receipt and I have therefore been rejected. Fortunately there was someone with me when I brought and got the car who can confirm that I have paid 700 euros and the car has been there for 2 days.

Imposing new tires went well. Then at 09.00 a follow-up appointment was made for a repair that did not come after. I stood in front of a closed door.
