Bad service! When I walk past I see that they are open for repairs. I walk in to ask what the possibilities are. I am told that everything can only be sent after the 19th, which I fully understand. I try to ask a second question, the employee is difficult about closing. I walk outside and look at their adjusted opening hours due to corona and they are open until 6:00 pm. It was not even 4:00 PM. Well, I come back after 10 minutes with my watch, the lady says to me that I have to come tomorrow because she planned to close, while the door is still completely open. I asked if she was going to help me or not else I will go somewhere else because I can't tomorrow. If I am helped in an unfriendly way, she asks me to wait outside while there is no one else in the store. I come here regularly to have all watches, jewelry ect repaired because it is close to home but today was really the last time. You won't get a cent from me anymore. I'd rather pay a little more and drive a little longer in the car than being treated like that.

What a bad service !!! Not customer friendly at all. Better buy your product somewhere else because they want to make money on everything.
