What a bad thing. For my birthday I received a Hugo Boss watch for 250 euros. In the end, the watch did not work and the dial was damaged. Went back to the store. No there was nothing wrong with the battery (he could see that from the dial) and there was no damage on the dial. Been to another jeweler. Viewed on the dial, it was indeed damaged and the battery was completely empty.
