Do not order from zooplus. Zero customer service very poor logistics management.

Lousy service package is delivered but I have not received anything. Called zooplus but refuse to solve the problem and they refuse a refund altogether and they will also flip immediately if you ask for it

Ordered at zoo plus, everything delivered quickly and correctly within three days. Price is a must, congratulations.

For an order with zooplus which consists of 2 orders. Will it be delivered by Dpd after a few days. He wanted to deliver 1 damaged package and broken packaging to me. I have not accepted these. For the 2nd package, the delivery person refuses to carry it to my front door. He indicates that this is not the intention. I have indicated that I will call zooplus. Without saying a word he left with his package. After calling zooplus they say that I had to wait for the return package. I explained the situation 1 package is damaged and 1 package has been returned. The reports of this can be seen with her. Operator says she is going to report to dpd and I have to wait for it. Perhaps the undamaged package will still be delivered after her letter. I am out of stock and need my order quickly. She doesn't want to put it back in for the warehouse to get it ready. This time my order will be delivered by DHL. However, spread by 2 delivery people. 1st delivery person does not want to bring the package to the front door. And asks a young child to come down! When the child indicates unsuccessful, they are asked whether there is a storage room. Very naif she also went down with the key to the shed. I think this is absurd about the delivery person! For the 2nd package I had to wait 4 times at home, because up to 3 times the 3 deliverers refused my package to deliver it to me. After hours of waiting at home and text message for postponing delivery and finally at the end of the delivery time, I always find a missed card from delivery people that they have visited. A 4th deliverer has delivered my package because she notices that my package has been refused by colleagues. Very bad company DHL and DPD. Every time I hear an apology from zooplus for bad delivery, I find customer unfriendly and insufficient. It is very irresponsible what the deliverers demand from the customer and a child! Communicate well with the delivery staff because this should not happen! Why do I have to order from zooplus if I have to lug myself around and also have to buy the stuff myself in another store because the order at zooplus does not arrive on time?

It is a bit double. We have been a customer here for more than 10 years, but since they have been working with DHL it has been just drama. Zooplus can't really do much about that, it is due to DHL (delivery times not met, boxes damaged because they cross buses through the neighborhood, boxes on the sidewalk without ringing the bell, etc.) So the 5 stars have dropped to two and we no longer make larger purchases here. Also in terms of assortment and prices in order, but I prefer to pay one euro more for a PostNL delivery.
