Xpert Clinics Hand en Polszorg Eindhoven

I have had pain in both wrists for a long time. After referral from the doctor to xpert clinic. Unfortunately after more than a year still no sting has come further at xpert clinic. For the known disorders it will probably be a good clinic, but when you have a more extensive / more difficult condition they don't know what to do. In the first interview, I was asked if I have ever had hand therapy. I said this was true. Yet the hand surgeon again referred me to a hand therapist, the surgeon was full of confidence that this would help. I had to do 3 months of exercises (which I have done the previous time). After 3 months there was of course no effect (why now?). Back on a consultation at xpert clinic it was decided to put an injection in the hand which had to work in for a few weeks, after which the pain should be less. After 6 weeks back on consultation, they were asked what effect the injection had. I indicated that the injection helped a little. The surgeon then decided to schedule an operation (open splitting of the tendon sheath). Sweet again for 3 months after this operation, and again no result. After rehabilitation, many (useless) consultations followed where the same questions were asked over and over (where does it hurt, tingling your fingers, etc.). Why is a file kept if I have to answer the same questions every time? In between, I was also referred to a neurologist. Once there, it turned out that xpert clinic had not even forwarded my file, so the neurologist just didn't know anything. I also partially checked the file kept by xpert clinic and to my surprise there are things in it that I never told you at all! I don't feel very well heard. Very unfortunate. Not recommended!

Beautiful building with nice waiting area. Very nice people who treat you. Excellent guidance.

Good center and perfect attention from the professionals who work there, unfortunately the diagnosis they gave me was wrong, hopefully with physiotherapy sessions can solve my problem, because it's been about a month since I came and still nothing.
