When Boeren Medical was still Boeren, you were helped like a frost really a 10 +++++++++ Now you should not count on OneMed anymore, a lot is simply not possible anymore, we order for about € 45,000 per year, I estimate, with 3 diabetics. Can't say more, or should say more. Too bad, it was so nice.

Terrible business. Has a great medical device company completely helped to the buttons with their acquisition. Bad ordering methods, long delivery times, wrong deliveries ... No problems for 20 years, since Onemed only. Too bad, but we are forced to step over. Two weeks ago ordered and still no stuff and is now without the result that I now take medication on the bet. Thanks!!

A terrible bureaucratic organization. I use a VAC pump for more than a year. Tonight the pump started to beep with the message 'Service timer expired'. The pump now beeps every 15 minutes. I call the number of OneMed that they gave me to report malfunctions outside office hours. "Yes, sir, we can not take notice of you. That must be done by a home care employee or a caregiver. ' They refused to help me. As if you are a user of a VAC pump, or you are.

A big tragedy since they took over Boeren medical. Unpleasant contact by telephone and joining orders from my son and myself was not possible. With Farmers never a problem! Get 1 more chance and then to another after more than 25 years.
