My compliments! I found PIM.xl after a long search for a specific item that I wanted to order. To be sure that the article I found was indeed what I was looking for, I first contacted PIM.xl. The response from PIM.xl was prompt, friendly and very helpful for ordering. My order was delivered quickly and intact, followed by an email from PIM.xl asking if it had all gone well. That's the way it should be, thank you.

The ordered product was slightly damaged (tool case closure) After some consultation, a whole new one was sent immediately, without costs. Beautiful service !! Can others take an example? Highly recommended this company.

Some time ago ordered a Kis Chic trash can which has survived the violence of the kids to all satisfaction, and also 'functions' as desired (closes well and is easy to use). Unfortunately, due to inexplicable actions, the inner bucket (lid) has split. After contact with the store fine, neatly and quickly helped with a replacement ... and that after such a long time after delivery! :-)
