The ordered product was slightly damaged (tool case closure) After some consultation, a whole new one was sent immediately, without costs. Beautiful service !! Can others take an example? Highly recommended this company.

Some time ago ordered a Kis Chic trash can which has survived the violence of the kids to all satisfaction, and also 'functions' as desired (closes well and is easy to use). Unfortunately, due to inexplicable actions, the inner bucket (lid) has split. After contact with the store fine, neatly and quickly helped with a replacement ... and that after such a long time after delivery! :-)
