TNT Express

I ship a luggage from Italy to Eindhoven, shipment price 50euros. The luggage arrived ONE WEEK LATE and it was totally trashed: it was without the external protection plastic that was shipped with, it has been opened, the content trashed, the other small packages inside damaged and opened. Part of the content was small metal containers that arrived dented. One of them had a small hole and liquid leaked from it. During the 7 days of delay I called TNT several time, and they just invented a new excuse each time. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER AS TRASH
