I am very satisfied with the purchase of my new Gazelle e-bike. We have been wonderfully helped by Liselotte, daughter of the owner of this bike shop, who explained us with patience time and time again the differences between the many bicycle types. She gave us the opportunity to use different test bikes to help us make a good choice. She also provided all services with the settlement of the sale and the conclusion of the bicycle insurance we require. In short: a 10 with a pencil!
