Got the wrong product but had to pay for sending it to me AND to return it. Ridiculous. Never again.

Even 1 star is still too much for this company. Ordered a number of articles online, including a playpen rug. This would be available at the end of September. It was on sale so we ordered it. 1 October I receive an email that it will be between 1 and 10 October. And 2 days later at the end of October. The other articles have already been sent for your comfort. Less than a week later I receive an email that it was not until the end of November. Canceled the order but it was still on sale. Why throw something you can't deliver on sale? Yes it was a factory empty sale ... but it doesn't even come from their factory but from an external supplier. Benefit of the doubt and ordered 2 more items from mamaloes including a music mobile that did not fit on the box. I called I can send it back it does not fit. Yes, no problem in the box is a form on how to return it. Now I have to pay the return costs of 7 euros myself for a product of 10 euros ..... You will be told yes in the general terms and conditions. Sorry, but if you register once. Account with Apple, for example, you do not read the entire terms and conditions. Never ever buy anything here again

NEVER ORDER MORE !!!! Baby stroller ordered (QUINNY FLEX) he has broken in does not stay in the sitting position, my child has fallen over and does not want to sit in a pram anymore 😞. Called customer service and they do not want to exchange the product ... very poor customer service very antisocial and always hang up whenever I want to tell my story to them. THIS STORE MUST BE CLOSED DIRECTALLY EVERYWHERE. Products are dangerous for babies / children. So people no longer buy anything from mama loes THINK OF YOUR CHILD !!!! My child has suffered a trauma

You can easily buy online, clear information. You can always call the service desk if you no longer know or can find it online. The last product we bought are the fences with an extension. These are very easy to assemble yourself. And there is a mounting video how to assemble it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
