The store itself is in good order with correct advice if you have the product specialist, but not the other employee, some internal training cannot hurt there. I also find the website below par. Many articles are not listed here at all. Then when you call with a question, they tell you to come to the store for advice! Then it might be better not to have a webshop if you don't want to talk to those customers. Moreover, I was told in the store that I could always call ..... Testing rackets is also only possible if you first pay 35 euros, well then you are stuck with the store even if they ultimately cannot deliver what you are looking for. The entrepreneur is probably afraid that you order online and during their test, but with such a service that is counterproductive. I came in for the service I can expect from a physical store and I was already a customer of the store by then. Still wanting you to pay your money in advance, I don't think is customer-friendly. My suggestion would be, if the racket does not work, to convert the deposit into a voucher for the entire range. Really sorry to be able to give 2 stars, because the first introduction to the store was positive, except for the paid parking (if you want to shop for more than an hour) ....

Unreliable as a webshop. Attempted to order a hockey stick online, after which I received a confirmation of order 7x (!). However, it was not possible to pay via the website. Then an email was sent, to which a quick response: payment system did not work, the stick would be sent with invoice. More than a week later, no stick or shipping confirmation received. Emailed again, no response this time. Eventually called, stick is not in stock and therefore not available. That could have been just reported, in the first, second or third instance (or even better: just not offer the stick in the webshop if it is not available).
