Just owned a Volvo from 2018, thought: nice, there is a garage in Weesp 500 meters from my house, handy for maintenance and possible follow-up in a few years. Now I recently had a broken battery. Called this garage if they could do something for me. The receptionist just came up with more problems, instead of thinking with me for 1 second. Nothing was possible, everything was difficult and difficult. I would eventually be called back. Never heard anything again. I wouldn't give this garage my favor. At Buitenweg Hilversum I was immediately helped, also a much nicer case. I also advise my network in Weesp against this garage.

Anything and everything goes with difficulty with these guys. Make an appointment, repairs. A warranty on a newly purchased Volvo of 1 year old? Not at Stern Volvo Weesp Not worthy of Volvo at all. Save your headaches and frustration and drive to Bangarage Amsterdam. Nice location, service oriented and knowledgeable when it comes to Volvo.

NEVER AGAIN TO SVALA WEESP Very bad experience with this company. Amateurish up to and including! The agreements with the garage are processed incorrectly. As a result, you are at the garage for nothing while you think you have a confirmed appointment and even a reminder with the appointment. Perform expensive work without consultation and then come and stand around you with a few men, or you can just tap. Don't do business with it.

You will be treated totally unfairly at this garage. The contact person Remko came up with unfair proposals and amounts. Shameless, such a garage is unworthy of Volvo!

Agreements made are not honored. - Appointment canceled 2x - Price agreement is worthless, nothing is not recommended, is carried out without consultation - No replacement car arranged, although this had been agreed Don't deal with these scammers!
