Appointments are not honored and ultimately a negative service experience. Technically, there is ample experience and good insight, but there is no professional and reliable handling. Perform additional repairs without prior consultation with a final invoice that is € 650 higher. And must come back for a follow-up appointment because the MOT has been forgotten / not carried out according to agreement with additional costs. Also unreadable handwritten invoices that after several commitments are not replaced by normally readable printed invoices.
