The staff is very friendly and patiently answers your questions. Everything is transparent. Excellent service overall.

Excellent truck, friendly employees. BUT cannot reach Sixt by phone, ever. Also, a few days later, more money was deducted from my account as was in the invoice.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and great cars. Wouldn't consider renting from anyone else 👍

Horrible experience,.... After making the reservation online, the agency call us to tell us the do not have the car we've book and propose a totally different car. Really feel disappointed. When I arrived their, they find a equivalent car, Perfect I think.. but now ... I received the bill and they overcharged me !!!! What A shame... the lady at the front was amazing, but the manager or the boss was expressly condescending with me. I don't blame Sixt but I will never go to the Alexander location again.

The website order system is a bid tricky. I ordered a car without confirming by knowledge. A voucher will be returned for a car rental I don't need. Sad system.
