An amazing assortment of artificial plants, flowers and pots. Bought a beautiful (artificial) plant, advised by the owner and helped very friendly. Looked around a lot but this is a must! Partly due to the good price-quality ratio. Happy customer, will be back for sure.

Very negative experience. They indicate to give the lowest price guarantee. I had seen the same product cheaper elsewhere. After review, they informed me by phone that I was indeed eligible for the lowest price guarantee (5 euros + price difference). Meanwhile, on their website they change the conditions regarding the lowest price guarantee to 5% + price difference + shipping costs. Then I receive an e-mail that the lowest price guarantee no longer applies. Yes, I could get a discount, but that was not my right, but goodwill on their part. So I did not agree with that. The point I want to make is that the shipping costs were not included in the first lowest price conditions. This was only added later. I have provided convincing proof by emailing a photo of the web page in question, which states that shipping costs do not count. What matters to me is that people confess and admit this honestly. This would adorn them.

Last week inquired about the availability of 4 large flower pots. They would be there the week after to come and buy and collect. When I inquired the pots were 106 Euro each on the site. I wrote down that price. In the meantime, the price has been adjusted to 115 Euros. Not very chic if you come to spend 500 euros. We also had to be very happy that we got 3 very small plastic insert pots (combined value 60 cents?) For free. Treated very kindly, but I am not enthusiastic about doing business.
