Horrible Service. I payed 30 euros more to have the packet on time. I needed to change the adress because the person who has to received the packet was not at home. I couldn't do so and on top they told me they are not allowed to call me if they don't find anybody there, at least for me to go and pick it up. For 30 euros more they should offer a better service. When I called them they put through the responsibility...NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!!!

Worthless company. Note hung on the door that if no one is present, the pallet could be placed under the shelter. This did not happen, so I had to schedule a new delivery time, where it was promised that the driver would call about 1 hour / 30 minutes in advance so that someone would always be present. Unfortunately this did not happen either, luckily someone was present this time. Very bad.
