NEVER respond to emails, do not call back when they promise multiple times, and are totally bored, impatient and rude on the phone. I was nominated for an apartment, had all my documents in order and complied with the requirements, but I got a total nonsense excuse for not getting the apartment, which clearly showed that they had never looked at my documents (while they were there so I had agreed that the previous tenant could nominate someone). Avoid this broker!
