General practitioners who work here are knowledgeable and kind. Getting in contact with them is really bad. They can only be reached by telephone up to a certain time (1300 hours or so), so if you have to work and only have time to call after work you cannot reach them. And if you call before that time, you are always in the queue for hours (while the assistants are always sitting around when I am there) and you can only go to work after a week or something. Once you get through this drama of contact and make an appointment, the doctors are incredibly good and nice. Just a pity that I have a new one every time.

It is getting worse. An important part of a good general practitioner is accessibility. That wall is raised here very high. Sometimes the only meaningful thing to do is to go along so that you have direct contact with the people at the desk. The telephone system that is used is useless. And the many changes in personnel in recent years also give thought. Although, once you have come through the wall, you are well helped. But the telephone system has to change quickly, it is better to employ a person who takes all those calls than the possibilities that the system now offers. I now choose to be called back. The band then indicates the time you will be called back and then that is not true. You will be called back at least 15 minutes later than the stated time. What a prut system.

Good doctor !! However, I find that new system with callback very annoying and misleading. I can choose the option 'wait in line' when I call. Only he then indicates that I would like to be called back. The problem is. That I can't sit and wait for them to call back. I have had it more often that they do not call back at exactly the right time, so that I miss the phone call ... Now that I cannot wait in line, there is no way for me to reach my doctor. VERY POOR! I would therefore give a 1 for the new form of communication. Only how you are helped earns the maximum score. Still, I'm thinking about leaving. I can't reach them anyway ....
