Two improvement point: 1) long wait: I had an appointment at 9:20, I waited half an hour and doctor didn't show up.. 2) reception desk: the dedicated area that receptionist sits, has doors which are supposed to be closed when patient is talking with the receptionist for privacy reasons. She kept it close when she had something to do and when a patient was there, the door was open!! everyone could hear patients talking with the receptionist.. Then whats the point of the sliding doors?

Complete medical center in the neighborhood as SGE organizes in multiple neighborhoods. General practitioners and a pharmacy under one roof and several medical procedures such as taking blood samples are performed in the neighborhood. Very citizen friendly.

The doctors are top notch, the pharmacy has personnel problems and therefore they are sometimes not that friendly.

The pharmacy would close at 5.30 pm. Because I work until 5 pm and unfortunately the crowds had to go by car I arrived at 5.25 pm. Here I stood in front of a closed door and a lady came to tell me that all computers were already locked and I could not be helped anymore.
