SGE De Parade

I've called/visited a few times mainly to ask for information. Not only they did not know how to help me, but they were unable to point me somewhere where I could find the help I needed.

People in the reception and on the phone call are not cooperative enough. They have no concerns and understanding of emergency. PLEASE HAVE BETTER TRAINED STAFF IN THE RECEPTION.

If I could give zero stars, that would be appropriate. You are regarded as a robot, doctor does not explain anything and the general solution is to go home and wait for it to pass if you are young. I am sorry, but not every young body is perfectly healthy. Prevention is not given any attention, family history is also apparently irrelevant, all in all service does not exist.

This is one of the worst huisarts service ever. Rude staff, registration system is useless and medice gets delivered at the wrong SGE location. On top of all that, poor communication. Please don't make patients life difficult.

First, I had severe anemia,did blood tests and then the doctor said that my iron was good enough.After 3months I asked again for blood test because I was feeling week,iron had gone lower.When I asked her why she didn't told me at the first examination that my iron is lower that normal,she said that my body can fix it itself. Second, our 2-years-old daughter had fever for many days,took her to huisarts in de Parade,he said that it was just the flu,no medicine given. One week later I flought to my country for vacation, my daughter got 41degrees fever,went to pediatrician in mu country,sent us to otorhinolaryngologist,he found her ears full with wax,removed the wax,both ears had infection.The specialist said that without removing the wax it was impossible for any doctor to evaluate the ears.So,why did the doctor in de Parade said that everything was normal?And also with the flight the pain became unfordable for our daughter. I am deeply disappointed about your services and thinking seriously to sue the doctors. I feel like they are just playing with our need for help and not respecting us,putting us in danger without any consequences for them.It is unfair,isn't it?
