I recently got 2 rats here. You can notice that they pay a lot of attention to the animals. These rats were already tame and did not bite at all! They also provide clear information and are super friendly. They are also very easy to reach via Facebook and get a quick answer. I would definitely go get my next pets here.

I have helped very well with my aquarium several times. Service is very important and the advice and helpfulness of the staff are superb!

very nice neat pet shop, staff is always there for you, aquariums nicely decorated so that you can see what your fish might look like in your own aquarium.

A pet store that certainly does not forgive itself and makes misleading advertising. On the site it is nice that when you order / purchase you get a coin for the ball machine, but forget to mention that this is with a minimum purchase of € 25. After my wife and daughter had bought something and were only told at checkout that they only got a coin at € 25, they walked out the door. When we came out, our daughter found a ball with a prize. She walked in proudly and was told very briefly; you did not buy for € 25. The result is a very disappointing daughter. Unfortunately, I can't give half a star for the effort, but I don't set foot in it anymore. I call this anything but customer friendliness.
