Too bad I can't give less like a star. I have been registered with the housing association Nederweert. I wanted to respond to a home but my number was no longer valid. After email contact with the housing association it turned out that they had unsubscribed me. Their response was that I supposedly received a letter, but I never received it. Then I assumed that this was of course resolved neatly, but this was not the case. After e-mail and telephone contact I was told to register again and that they would do nothing more with it. This means that I have to wait even longer until I finally get my own place. Very disappointing and unfortunate that the person on the phone was not compassionate at all and did not want to cooperate himself. I came up with ideas myself but there was no response. Really worthless!

Very bad ..... poor maintenance and takes a long time before something is made when it is already made. Info on the site is not always correct. Poorly accessible.

Do you have complaints about home maintenance and you want to resolve these complaints nicely by calling Woningbouw Nederweert to make an appointment and you will hear nothing else about the rest of the maintenance. They don't let you hear from them anymore. Really shame!
