Stomerij Kraaiennest

I brought a white sweather with (old) red wine stains in. I'm not sure what magic they perform but they did an unbelievable good job removing it. I highly recommend them! The staff is really nice and friendly as well

It's a beautiful part, quiet and lot birds and other wildlife.

Please note: structurally lying, incompetent employees who have no idea what they are doing and do not take any responsibility for the work delivered. When the mattress cover is returned, a mistake has been made by the dry cleaner, it has been washed and not chemically cleaned as stated on the label. Instead of admitting this mistake, which may happen, a few days later, on the day we would collect the laundry, we are asked to confirm that we are aware of the deductible. (something that has never been asked separately before at this dry cleaner) The message was that they forgot to ask and therefore had never asked before. A few days later, the mattress cover comes back shrunken and broken. If subsequently asked what treatment has been carried out, the dry cleaner cannot tell me .... ?? And whatever treatment this is, it is still your own risk. The telephone connection is then disconnected. On location, the employee asks if he can write down my name and a phone number, then the boss calls me back, because we cannot work it out together. The employee is lying and denying everything (including throwing the phone on the handset). A day later the employee calls me, says that he never said that the boss would call me, that it is not their fault, that he does not know what treatment has been carried out and that it does not matter, there is an excess. .. Best he can offer is a voucher for dry cleaning, hahaha. When I get angry and ask him if he ever tells the truth, he hangs up the phone again.
