We are very pleased with the way in which we were able to do business with Patrick Pruijmboom at Auto Heurkens in Weert. Our acquaintance started in early 2019 with the purchase of a Dacia Sandero Stepway Bi-fuel. However, this car could not be delivered due to new European directives and has been canceled. Patrick informed us last year about the Bi-fuel models that could be supplied by the Renault / Dacia group. The decision ultimately fell on a Renault Clio Zen Bi-fuel. This car was delivered with full satisfaction on May 1, 2020. All credit to Patrick for handling this. He deserves a big 10 for this.

Heurkens Weert is a great garage. Our Captur purchased here. Test drive made, wife along and it was no problem to change child's seat, so that our son could also come. Car has had a major turn before delivery, and has addressed the upcoming issues. Even the slight damage to the bumper has been neatly repaired. I call this top service again. At Heurkens, customer experience is central, with top service and friendly staff. Many garages can still learn from this.
