Good car dealership/repair shop. There is a noticeable difference in treatment depending on which car brand you're interested in though. Those people looking to purchase an Audi are treated with just a little more care and attention. Pricey when getting your car serviced!

Previous colleague had also continued the lease Audi A6 here in maintenance. I thought I plan well at 8:00 then I will soon be away for a winter tire change. It was 10:00 and I started to get annoyed. And no the coffee was not, but it was a nice device. Ok, it was a change on the same rim so I understand that it takes a bit more time. Asked several times what the status was. I finally got the keys back around 11:30 am. Phew. 3.5 hours for a tire change! We don't do that anymore. Do they know how to do that? A week or 2 later I got a message that maintenance was required. And they hadn't seen that? I was done with it, so I planned the maintenance at AutoArena in Venlo and it was carried out there. So, I am now a customer in Venlo.
