Incredibly bad service. We had an appointment scheduled and arrived on time. It immediately became clear that an error had been made in the planning, and the blame was immediately placed on a colleague. As a result, we were helped by an employee who only knew about equipment, not the kitchens. He has done his utmost to work with us to see what our taste is. However, it became clear that the employee concerned has little knowledge about the kitchens. Still, after a good hour we could finally sit down at the table to put something on paper ... Now it turned out that the same employee (yes, the one who was just employed and without knowledge of building a kitchen) will design a kitchen for us, which he apparently has never done before. The last straw that came over the bucket was that a new couple enters the case and time is taken for this, while we hear that they only called a few minutes ago. The employee who would design the kitchen for us goes to another employee (bald man) and shows that he no longer knows what he can do for us. To which the bald man puts the blame on us. We should make an appointment. While we really have this planned, he still indicated it on arrival. The bald man continued to blame us. Congratulations to the employee who, despite having no knowledge of kitchens, wanted to help us as best as possible. The other two men in the case should be ashamed to treat customers that way. To put the blame in our shoes and get rid of us. While we had neatly made an appointment.

What a terrible seller (a big man with glasses) !! "Customer service" of an employee of branch in Nederweert is hard to find at this location, could this be because he realized that we are foreigners ?? That should absolutely not happen in this age in which we now live !! Around 4:00 pm we visited the branch in Nederweert. There were 2 employees present, 1 of these was busy and the other (unfriendly gentleman) had just finished a customer. Furthermore, no one else was there to be helped. We indicated that we wanted to look at kitchens (this is done by your competition with an employee to discuss the type / sizes), but your employee refused us and indicated that we could not help us because he had to do other work (send an e-mail) customers go to all stores instead of sending an e-mail. Be "whole" at the next store well helped ". They can certainly learn something from this branch. employee (Big man with glasses) literally sent us away. When customers come to a store, who probably also want to buy something (around € 12000), it seems very neat to me as a "customer" to treat and absolutely no distinction should be made. Your competition acts very differently / openly, takes immediate action, very kindly helps all customers and greets (that was also hard to find with this gentleman) !! Furthermore, I will certainly not recommend your shops to third parties !!

Ordering in store after 3x finally succeeded. So had to go back to the store 3x because the order was not correct. Kitchen was not available. When the kitchen was delivered, the sink was broken. Broken worktop. Gas stove broken. Cooker hood did not fit .... So kitchen not placed on agreed term. Then came the pantry, missing handles, denying missing ....

Always clear explanation. Normally priced. Enough choice. Fast delivery.
