Beautiful products and friendly communication from Bath & Living. I had a complaint about my crockery and was nicely called about this and they came up with a very good solution. Where many (web) stores hide behind rules or the warranty period, I can say that this company really wants satisfied customers. Super service, thank you.

What a scandalous return policy this company follows. Free returns above € 60. If you have bought something from € 59.95, you must pay your return costs yourself at € 5.95. I understand well that a limit has to be drawn somewhere, but it is so customer-friendly to do this at € 59.50. I am used to this at other stores and I have been working in e-commerce for years.

Class delivery top quality, but that is always from the brand V Dyck. The color of the fitted sheet is exactly what you see on the website. And then no shipping costs. That is service.
