Not helped with my worries because they work according to protocol ... according to the operator: (I had to call my previous hometown HP to be reassured, and to be able to act well with my 3 year old daughter. Very disappointing to move and then be treated in this way at the new GP station.

Terrible service. You have an appointment at 7:30 pm and are only helped an hour later (or actually: my 21-month-old son - who became very difficult because it was long after his bedtime). The desk staff could at least inform you if appointments end and give an indication of how long it may take (for example 20-30 minutes longer). But instead, they are staring ahead and there is zero communication. The doctor who helped us was very helpful, as you would expect from a doctor. She apologized for the wait.

If you had to go there before then it was only because you could not go to your own doctor .. Since January 17, 2017 they have finally moved to the St. Jans Gasthuis at the Spoedpost .. (The address mentioned in this message is now correct.)
