We called Frans and presented our problem. The heat pump installer would do maintenance on the central heating boiler and the heat pump according to our contract, but because this has been keeping us on the line for years, we called Frans. He immediately came the same day to see what had to be done. And made an appointment with us. A mobile thermostat that he ordered and installed also had to be installed. Frans has installed everything perfectly and without problems, and is also available for us 24/7 if there are any problems.
