Fine. A few years ago had the full electricity delivered. From group box to the lamp and everything in between.

I asked Electro Scheppers to repair and adjust the shop window lighting of our shop so that it switches on in the morning and off again in the evening. The total lead time has been 10 months. Called several times, forgotten or forgotten to order, or forgotten to schedule. Subsequently, the ultimatum has been set. Was not completely successful but eventually delivered. Unfortunately did not work, there was still a part to come (repeater). Installed after a long time, the invoice has been tested 25 times and it works. Well it hasn't worked for 1 day. € 1000, = further and no working system. I couldn't afford to call so I had another made. A working system within 2 weeks. I then asked Elektro Scheppers by e-mail if they wanted to take back the repeater from courtesy (€ 187, - excl. VAT). There is not even a reply to this email. I have never written a negative review before, this is my first, but this is really very bad. I'm really never going to call or recommend them again.

In 2018, we purchased a new-build house (project development) in which Elektro Scheppers installed the electricity. During the construction they took a lot of effort to get everything made the way we wanted it. And finally succeeded. The mechanics were very pleasant to deal with. This year we built on and Elektro Scheppers made the extension. Again, everything was made properly and received good guidance.

Very pleased with the service and advice regarding a new-build home. very friendly people, and it was all well organized. Good contact, arrived on time and time was also taken to explain things. Overall so really very satisfied and I want to thank you again!
