Liars and cheats.Avoid at all costs.
They sell you plants they don't have and then don't give you a refund claiming to be the victim of Multisafepay's problems.
If you like getting endless emails explaining why they can't give you your money back then this is the company for you.
Superb plants, very well packed, bigger than expected and a lovely m. polysticta gift. Took less than a week to the UK. Replied to my emails within a couple of hours. Will definitely use again.
I have ordered a few plants before and it was great. until recently I ordered an expensive one. First, it was sent without a heatpack, when it arrived the plants was already dying. I emailed them asking for a refund, only to be told that it was my fault I had missed deliveries. Hermes was the chosen delivery company, which doesn't give customer estimated arrival time. The plant was in transit for a few days even without delays and there was no heatpack, so it simply couldn't be concluded my plant died due to the extra day or two. Emailed customer service, response was sporadic and unhelpful. There was no phone numbers on the website I could call. I will not buy from this shop again.

First order on the webshop was the best I have had in a very long time! The packaging is amazing, and both my monstera acuminata and my jewel orchids have had no problem growing right away.
