Small and usually crowded. Chances are you'll have to wait if you intend to shop here. The reason for that is that the staff do their best to help you find what you need and that takes time. It's a small shop so not a large collection but what they have is very nice!

It has become clear to me in the past that you do not have to go to Siebel for the refined repairs. But since we have already bought several jewelry from this jeweler and have had a number of simple repairs done, I wanted to inquire or inquire whether they could repair a ring and an earring (bought from Siebel). The rude and anything but customer-friendly way in which the employee addressed me was almost comical. This lady was especially good at telling what was not possible. It did not seem that any awareness of commercial thinking or of providing expert advice was ever taught to her. If you then put someone behind a counter who is actually not very skilled at that. Make sure that there is someone who can speak to customers instead of someone who has the attitude of a cornered Tyrannosaurus Rex. I've always found Siebel's staff more cold than businesslike. But if the business also falls and this remains ... I have only been in for two minutes and that was long enough for me to write a review about this. Something that I hardly ever do.

Perfect service, Had a nice conversation, Where two other jewelers showed me the door with "cannot be repaired", the ladies at Siebel wanted to have a look at it. To be able to make an appointment easily and quickly. And the problem was solved in a few minutes. Don't get what these other reviews are talking about.
