Owner very unfriendly and unmotivated. Had to have a discussion because owner was angry that I ordered a book on the internet and did not buy. (I don't live in the region) Packaging damaged and book damaged too. I wonder if this is a coincidence ....

I come here to deliver a package for return shipment, I do not normally send packages and I expect to be helped a little with this. The employee behind the counter has never heard of customer friendliness. Apparently this mister F.Gommans had a bad day, because from the moment I want to deliver my package I get treated badly. "You have to figure that out with the website of the company, not with me" sorry, but you are the PostNL employee. Apparently this gentleman is also the manager of the location. Never treated so badly. If I treat such a client I was immediately fired, why is this guy allowed to do it? God knows.

Owner is super unfriendly. You will be helped last, people who come for the Bruna themselves are helped earlier, even though they arrive later. I don't come here anymore, but I go to the service-oriented PostNL location that is one street away.
