Excellent service!

Not fancy sales pitches, Lex just says it like it is. Bought a nice car, no fuss around it, also being able to work together pleasantly during Corona time (under adapted circumstances). Be able to make a nice test drive, easily overwrite, it was a bit of a drive but the company is recommended!

Unfortunately I bought a bad car that was advertised as a good working car. I unfortunately resold this after 75 days in my possession with a lot of loss, because I absolutely no longer felt safe in this car. The air conditioning functioned poorly, had to have the alternator and belt completely replaced 2 weeks after purchase, a broken muffler, the throttle body that had to be replaced ... Several times shocking to a stop on the highway, several times roadside assistance called, every two weeks there was something. Had to call to work 6 times that I came later or not at all thanks to the car. The car finally functions normally, but the feeling of insecurity remains. The car has cost me a lot of money, stress and an unnecessary amount of time. I therefore had to resell this with a lot of loss. Car company Lex Roelofs takes no responsibility and expects that I would come to them with a car that did not even start (75 minutes away) for a diagnosis. Solutions and understanding are not forthcoming, whether I could arrange it with tow ropes ... Mechanics and the ANWB who were able to help me spoke shame of the car that was sold to me. According to them, the problems that the car showed could not simply be developed within 75 days; these should already be present at the time of sale. I therefore absolutely do not recommend Autobedrijf Lex Roelofs.

Recently purchased a Lexus IS250. I have been helped very pleasantly. Should make a long test drive. A nice purchase for a good price. A very pleasant company. Recommended

Nice stock ... something for everyone ... only the trade-in price was shockingly low .... I can conclude from that that it is a bid he received from the trade. Very disappointing though, I would have preferred to hear "we don't trade in" 4 stars anyway because the general impression and stock offered is just good. Better luck next time!
