I will suggest to the marketing department of Wijkopenautos, to change the strategy, instead of making those expensive ads (TV, radio, news, online), pay a fair price. Instead of offering online a price and when you go for the real deal offer you 40% to 60% less of the car value, its pays big when you are honest in your offers, success keeping yourself in business.
Initially issued price and actually scored price are quite different from each other.
Intake in the garage is fine. The intaker communicates well, is transparent and also sympathetic.
However, there is too much communication from the head office in a childish manner. You get way too many emails and you are even bothered on your phone on Sundays with stupid questions.
"Have you had the license plate in your name for 2 weeks?".
Car is 8 years old and I have indicated that I am the first owner.
Received an estimated value of almost 1300 euros.
Drive there on appointment, not much wrong with car, they offer 300 euros based on how old and km ... they could have known earlier, while I get 300 euros in the demolition for it waste worthless time
Friendly employee, unfortunately received much too lower offer for my fiesta, unfortunately the online offer was attractive to drive after that for nothing
Well arranged. Offered my mother's car. Nice guy who has a nice and happy conversation with you. The car is briefly taken for a test drive. Then many photos and then all information goes to Amsterdam. 15 minutes later you have a final offer, which was very close to the online offer. We were very satisfied with it!
