My Suzuki bought elsewhere at a Suzuki dealer because it was not for sale anywhere in the south with warranty. Could also be addressed here by the lenient dealer network of Suzuki for problems, announced at sale. Now the headlights appear to be incorrectly adjusted. Clearly told the story on the phone about warranty other Suzuki dealer etc but that was no problem before making an appointment. When I get there I am presented with the bill of 43 euros. I indicate that they should call the other Suzuki dealer to resolve this internally as discussed during the telephone conversation with Hensgens. No, forget it, but don't do it. Called Suzuki dealer where I bought the car, it was completely silent. Telephone line surrendered, but Hensgens couldn't help me here either. I just had to pay and declare it to Suzuki Leiden.
Declared at Suzuki Leiden and received a nice email from them saying that they do not recognize this childish behavior within their Suzuki dealer region. Get the amount refunded immediately.
8 years ago also had an unpleasant situation at Hensgens when with a Mazda.
I have no confidence in this dealer if this already goes wrong for 43 euros. My Suzuki Kizashi will not be serviced here.
Fine company. Had problems with my lease car, and I was helped by Hensgens Roermond in a correct and pleasant way. Thinking in terms of solutions and despite waiting weeks for parts from Mazda Nederland, they were installed the same day. Top!
