Nice restaurant at the beach. Cozy places to sit. Even in cold weather it is warm inside. Nice food and not to expensive

This Turkish Restaurant is one of the survivors of Kijkduin. The boulevard is under reconstruction with devastating effect on the restaurants here. The place looks so sad, it's a pity. But there still are some trying, and if you look inside, Marmaris is the busiest. So easy choice for me. I get inside and comfy. The waitress who says shes new takes my order. Which is Grilled steak with mushroom cream sauce fries and salade. For a mere 13,95 euro. And a draft beer with that. A minute later I change my mind and i ask the head waitress to change my order for the Sole with dill butter sauce. But my first order is processed so fast, the next minute she serves me the steak. With excuses, that it went so fast. No problem, steak looks good and it is. Large quartered mushrooms, juicy, in a home made cream sauce. Simple but well executed. Steak is tender and medium rare. Portion fries is small but I like that. Salade consist of some leaves of lettuce, cucumber and tomato. But also red onion and parsley. No dressing, so it's more rabbit-food. I ask for oil and vinegar. This is served directly. Now its called "salade" :-) Halfway just as I finished my beer the head waitress approaches me and apologises once more that I didn't get the sole and offers me a drink on the house! Another beer, yes please! I ask for the bill, total ammounts to 16,80. Amazing value for money, and good quality. Service of the new waitress can be more smooth, should get better instructions but overall service is decent and friendly. Well done Marmaris! If you like this review hit the like button!
